GO worked with the management team to identify and prioritize future growth opportunities. The core prostate business that was assumed to be dying was incorrect. Deeper analysis uncovered that the market was highly underpenetrated and the technology was misunderstood. Rather chasing non-core opportunities for growth, we refocused the team on the core business opportunity and helped bring their story to life in their execution efforts.
